Nikos Bregiannis has been a software engineer for Cisco Systems for 5 years. He has been working for the Research and Innovation Department (CTAO) and has been actively contributing to the FD.io and Linux Foundation community. Nikos has contributed to the design and development of a Kubernetes Network Plugin, using FD.IO's VPP, GoVPP; a tool to create golang bindings from binary VPP apis and Ligato project; a golang platform for developing management agents for cloud-native VNFs.  He has also worked and contributed to various open source projects which have been the base of many POCs within his department, a few of which lead to product development.
